ESCAPE TO THE HIGH SIERRAS for an adventurous weekend of yoga and snowboarding (skiiers welcome). Take time for yourself - relax around the fire, get a massage, sit in the Jacuzzi or snowshoe through the winter wonderland of Convict Lake Resort.

Wake up and go for a run or stay at home for a morning meditation. Then have a light breakfast followed by a morning yoga class to loosen up and arrange for a day of skiing or snowboarding. Come back at night for a delectable dinner and a restorative yoga class to prepare you for a great night sleep and another day of cutting tracks!

Cost: $550 per person ($650 after 1/12/09)
Includes breakfast, dinner, lodging in main house and yoga.

Retreat Policy:
An advance deposit of $300 is required to reserve your space on this retreat. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to another retreat if cancellation is received by January 12th, 2009. Absolutely no refund, deposit or payment transfers will be made if cancellation is received after the above cancellation deadline of January 12th, 2009. Balance must be paid in full by the early registration date in order to receive the discounted price. Balance must be paid by February 15th, 2009 for everyone else. Adventure Yoga Retreats is not responsible for any and all costs incurred for travel arrangements or accommodations relating to this retreat
