BRING IT!.Dean Decas Dean Decas is known for his passion for skiing and has become an expert in mountaineering. Ski Magazine rated Dean as one of the top 100 ski instructors in the U.S. in Nov. '03. He has led groups throughout the French Alps, the Arctic, and most recently in the Andes mountains of Chile and Argentina, logging in over a dozen first descents. He is an expert in avalanche safety and backcountry skiing. Dean's talents motivate skiers to find their skiing soul and discover the simplicity of the mountains. Whether in the Green Mountains of Vermont, or high alpine of the Alps, Dean can be found searching for the perfect turn. Dean makes his home in New England, the Lake Tahoe area and Chamonix, France. Ted McDonald is a yoga teacher, endurance athlete, freelance writer and founder of Adventure Yoga Retreats and owner of Point Dume Yoga in Malibu. Educated in both Iyengar and Ashtanga styles of yoga, he teaches a Vinyasa flow class with upbeat music creating a fun and safe environment for his students to strengthen, loosen and rejuvenate. He regularly contributes to the Yogitimes. Formerly an Elite Adventure Racer, Ted still thrives on the adventurous outdoors competing in marathons and triathlons. |
